1. Developer Binary Site License
The Developer Binary Site License allows to use the software simultaneously on
any required number of workstations for local development. The License permits
only the use of the components for local development within your own company.
The license does not allow the operation of a production system. Therefore a
runtime license is needed. The site licence applies to the company and
location referred to in the quotation at the time of conclusion of the
contract. In cases where the company is affiliated with other companies in a
company association or the product should be used by several locations, usage
is restricted to the company and specified location. The software includes the
classes library as a jar file.

2. The ownership and the copyright of the software product (including any
images, photographs, animation, video, music, text and "Applets" that is
present in the software module), the accompanying printed material and all
copies is with SCC Informationssysteme GmbH. The software product is protected
against copying by copyright, the conditions of international agreements and
legal regulations. The software and the relevant written material are
copyright.

3. SCC Informationssysteme GmbH does not accepted any liability that the
objects of the contract do not infringe upon any industrial property rights or
copyrights of third parties. The customer must immediately inform SCC
Informationssysteme GmbH about any claims made on him for this reason.

4. According to the state-of-the-art of engineering, it is not possible to
make computer software in such a way that it works error-free in all
applications and combinations. Therefore, the object of the contract is a
software that is basically usable in the meaning of the program description.

5. Transmittal of the software to third parties, renting or leasing it, or
making it available free of cost is expressly prohibited.

6. It is expressly prohibited to modify the software, regardless of the type,
or to translate, reverse-engineer, the compile or disassemble the software.

7. SCC Informationssysteme GmbH would like to draw attention to the fact that
the licensee is liable for all damage resulting from copyright infringement
suffered by SCC Informationssysteme GmbH. When and if such a copyright
infringement becomes known, it will result in immediate prosecution.

8. SCC reserves the option to make improvements and or changes to the offered
products and/or programmes at any time. In the framework of updates, SCC will
provide to the customer, during the period specified in the contract, the
latest respective available version of the software specified in the contract.
The software will be available for downloading on the Internet.

9. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN SCC INFORMATIONSSYSTEME GMBH AND/OR ITS
SUPPLIERS BE MADE LIABLE FOR SPECIFIC OR INDIRECT DAMAGE RESULTING FROM
FAILURE, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF PROFIT - REGARDLESS OF WHETHER IT HAS
RESULTED UNDER CONTRACT-CONFORMANT USAGE OR FROM NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER
IMPERMISSIBLE ACTIONS AND OWING TO OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SOFWARE OR
SOFTWARE DOCUMENTS.

10. Any rights over and above this require special agreement.
All the rights not expressly granted herein remain reserved.
